INGREDIENTS
➤ 6 large potatoes .
➤ 2 diced colorful peppers [ green and yellow ]
➤ 1/2 cup softened butter .
➤ 1 tsp of basil .
➤ 1 tsp of black pepper.
➤ 1 tsp of oregano.
➤ 1 tbsp olive oil .
➤ STEP 1- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F .
➤ STEP 2 – arrange the sausage , peppers and potatoes in a large pan , place butter over the top, and drizzled with olive oil and season on top .
➤ STEP 3 – Bake for 1 hour .then let it cool for 10 minutes before serving .
