FUDGE BROWNIE PIE


 

FUDGE BROWNIE PIE
INGREDIENTS

- flour: 3/4 cup

- regular sugar: 1 cup

- unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted: 1/4 cup

- baking powder: 1 teaspoon

- 1/4 teaspoon of salt

- melted butter: 4 ounces

- eggs: 2 (large beaten)

- vanilla: 2 teaspoons

- chopped toasted pecans: 1/2 cup

- mini marshmallows: 2 handfuls

#For the icing:

° melted butter: 1/4 cup

° cocoa powder: 1/4 cup

° evaporated miilk: 1/4 cup

° powdered sugar/ sifted /1 cup

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Set the oven temperature to 350 degrees, then butter a 9-inch spring pan set aside.

2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Then beat together the butter, eggs and vanilla. You will want to add to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth. Then add the toasted nuts. When finished, pour into the prepared pan.

3. On a middle rack of the oven, bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 25 to 30 minutes.

4. Marsh mallows must be sprinkled on top. And returning to oven for a few min to melt the marshmallows. Finally, taking out of oven and sweetly spread chocolate frosting on top.

5. To make the chocolate frosting, choose a bowl and mix all the ingredients together, beating with an electric whisk until smooth and thick. Spread immediately on hot marshmallows. Make sure to let cool completely. Cut into quarters to serve.
