° White sugar: 1 cup
° Light Sorbet : 1 cup
° Peanut butter: 1 cup
° Liquid vanilla: 1 small spoonful
° Corn flakes: 6 cups
1. Mix together the sugar with light sherbet and peanut butter in a pot over a stove. And please cover over a medium temperature until it begins to boil with constant, stirring so that the sugar does not burn.
2. Now that it starts boiling, remove it from the stove. You'll want to add the vanilla and cornflakes to it and stir well until it is completely mixed.
3. Then make sure to lift the mixture onto parchment paper with an ice cream spoon, forming medium size cookies.
4. To finish, you may want to leave to cool completely for 20 to 30 minutes, then serve & ENJOY !!!
