° 2 cucumbers
° 200 ml heavy cream
° 1 bunch of fresh chives
° juice of an untreated lemon
° salt, freshly ground pepper
Clean and cut the cucumbers into thin slices, without peeling them. Place them in a salad bowl. Reserve in the fridge.
Mix the heavy cream and lemon juice in a bowl. Clean and dry the chives. Chop it finely and add it to the cream. Putting salt & pepper at your flavor . Reserve in the fridge.
At the time of tasting, place the cucumber slices on the plates and cover them with cream sauce. Decorate the plates with whole sprigs of fresh chives and slices of fresh lemon. Enjoy immediately with toast of toast
