INGREDIENTS
° Pineapple in pieces, with juice 1 can 398 ml
° Brown sugar 45 ml
° reduced sodium soy sauce 60 ml (1/4 cup)
° Red bell pepper 1, minced
° Chicken thighs 12, boneless
° 1/2 red onion, minced
In a large airtight bag, place the pineapple pieces, pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, bell pepper, thighs and red onion. Salt and pepper. Close bag and shake. Removing air from bag also seal .
Placing bag flat in freezer.
The day before the meal, let the bag thaw in the refrigerator.
When cooking, transfer the mixture to the slow cooker. Covering also cooked on low about 6 to 7 h .
