° 1 (1 pound) medium packet of pasta skin
° 1 pound ground meat
° 2 (10 ounce) tomato soup
° 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
° 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
° 1/2 cup water
° Garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Cook and line pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 375 degrees and grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
In a large skillet, sauté and chop the minced meat with garlic powder, salt, and pepper (or any seasoning of your choice).
Add cooked pasta, tomato soup, half a cup of water and half cheese to a skillet with roasted beef; Stirring and cooking for 2-3 min on medium heat.
Pour the mixture into a greased plate & covering with rest cheese.
Covering with tin foil & baking about 21 min. Uncover and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes (I also like turning on the grill for the last 2-3 minutes to brown the cheese).
