– 1 cup of mayonnaise (I always use Duke’s, but when not available I use Hellmann’s)
– 1/4 cup of Heinz Chili Sauce, (Better be non-spicy Thai sauce)
– 1/4 cup of ketchup
– 1 cup of black pepper, fresh or crushed
– 1 cup of sugar
– 1 cup of spicy brown mustard
– 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
– 1 cup A.1. Steak sauce
– 1 cup garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp of creole seasoning
– 1/2 tsp of onion powder
– 1/2 tsp of horseradish
– 1/4 tsp of Louisiana Hot Sauce
– 1 Tbl of sweet pickle juice (or fresh squeezed lemon juice as desired)
– 1 Tbl of fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
– 1/2 cup of canola (or vegetable oil if you prefer)
STEP 1 :
Start by adding all the ingredients to the blender (except the oil) and stir to combine.
STEP 2 :
Then discard the oil with the engine running at low power, then mix on high power until smooth, about 20 to 30 seconds.
STEP 3 :
Now please pour into a large pot and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to come together.
STEP 4 :
Make sure to give them some time. Yep, this is not a shotgun wedding.
