Crab and Shrimp Seafood Bisque
INGREDIENTS

° 1 1/2 cups skimmed milk, divided

° 1 cup fat-free sour cream

° 2 minced garlic cloves

° 2 ½ cans of low fat condensed cream of mushroom

° 1 cup chopped green onions

° 1 cup finely chopped carrots

° 1 can of corn kernels, undrained

° 1 1/2 cups finely chopped potatoes

° 1 c. 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

° 1/2 c. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

° 1/2 c. cayenne pepper

° 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined

° 1/2 lb scallops

° 1/2 lb crab meat

° 1/2 lb sliced ​​squid

° 1 can of chopped clams

INSTRUCTIONS

In a saucepan, combine 1/2 cup of milk, sour cream and garlic; Warmth on base heat, until heated through. Then add the cream of mushrooms, green onions, carrots, corn with its liquid, potatoes, parsley and the rest of the milk. Season with pepper and cayenne pepper. Stew 26 minutes on low heat.

Then add the shrimp, scallops, crab, squid and clams. Reheat until the seafood is opaque, about 10 minutes.
