Italian Cream Cheese Cake Recipe
INGREDIENTS

° 1 teaspoon of baking soda

° 1 cup of milk

° 2 cups peeled coconut

° 1 cup chopped pecans

° 1 cup softened butter

° 1 cup margarine

° 2 cups sugar

° 6 eggs, separate

° 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

° 3 cups flour

* Frosting:

° 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

° 3 cups chopped pecans

° 3 pieces of soft cream cheese

° 3 cups soft butter

° 6 cups confectioner’s sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

1 – In a large bowl, beat the butter and margarine / sugar until lightened. Beat in the egg yolk and vanilla. Flour / baking soda mixture; It is added to the cream mixture with yogurt. Whisk until combined, and stir with coconut and walnuts.

2- In a small bowl, beat the egg white until stiff peaks form. Put a quarter of egg white in the mixture, then add permanent white. Pour into three greased and round floured baking trays.
