° 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
° 1 cup sugar
° 1 1/2 cups water
° 3 ounces of box strawberry gel or
° 2 cups sliced strawberries
Bake a 10 inch round crust
Use the strawberry slices to set the bottom of the pie crust.
Blend cornstarch, sugar also water in a little sauce pan. Adduce to a boil and simmer, stirring constantly, until hard. We add the jelly and stir until it melts. 4. Pour over the strawberries and put them in the fridge until they are soft. Served with whipped cream.
