INGREDIENTS
#For The Cake:
° Egg: 3 (large)
° Margarine: 3 tsp
° Compress milk: 1 box
° Evaporated milk: 1 can
° Coconut milk: 1 cup
° Flour: 2 cups
° Sugar: 1 cup
#For The Icing:
° Coconut milk: 1 cup
° Sugar: 2 tsp
° Torn coconut: 1 cup
1. For The Cake, you're going to get a mixer and blend in ingredients together, then place in a greased and floured Bundt pan. Attaching on the oven, bake at 350ยบ for 60 min, or until golden brown.
2. For The Icing, you'll want to put together sugar, coconut milk and grated coconuut in a pot, stirring sometimes. After a short time, be sure to adduce to a boil; and please let it cooled a bit and pour on hot cake .
